I'm not sure. I'm hoping they tell us on Oprah today. Also, I tried to set up my TiVo to tape for all three days, but I'm only showing tonight and its for two different titles. I really want to see each of these, so I'll be on the watch and I'll post again when I find out for sure.

I was just reading through the weigh-in thread, and we are all doing GREAT! Maintaining and losing left right and centre. The Red Team won't know what hit them.

Those challenges sound good Chellez. I love a good challenge. Hehe.

Even tho' I wasn't sure who the heck it was - I thought it was pretty kewl when Jillian drove up on the bike and those poor folks who didn't get picked didn't have to go home (Black Team) on TBL. Wasn't at all surprised that the one gal got voted off - seemed to have an attitude from the get go.(?) Was glad that getting voted off seemed to give this gal some determination - looked great on the follow up!

I've done a few lunges (taking a tip from soontobfchick) and am digging out my stability ball to put more air in it - out of the garage - one time I read that sitting on the ball when on the 'Puter is a great way to exercise your "core" - even as you type and read. Anyone else do this?

Aud - Great idea about the stability ball! I've got one sitting deflated in my closet at home because I never used it, I think I'll inflate it and bring it to my office

I am excited to hear how many pounds we have lost!!!
The day started well..toast for breakfast, watermelon and an apple for snack at work, a little of the Tim Hortons hot chocolate that a staff member bought for us at work.....and then I blew it with a piece of pizza for lunch. Oh well, I have the rest of the day to atone for that one.
Speaking of which...time to get a work-out done before picking the kids up from school.
Looks like a salad and fruit smoothie for dinner!!

Hi Ladies, just checking in before going back to work. Today has been so so thus far. Weighed in at 156 this morning which is another 1.2 pounds lost since last week which I'm happy about. I used to hate that I was only losing about 1 pound a week, but I'm happy with it now because I know that weightloss slows down as you go. The not so happy part started when I got to work this morning. First my allergies started acting up again this weekend because of the change in temperature so I've been sniffly/sneezy all weekend, and today was no different. Then, I got a letter from a laboratory that does some of my medical testing saying that I owed money that my insurance company wouldn't pay - it didn't say for what, just said 2007 and that I owed money. So I called the company to find out what it was about, and they said I owed $225! I absolutely do not have an extra $225 to shell out right now, especially with having to pay my $215 car tax in a couple of weeks. So I called the insurance company to see what I could do about it (this is a company who went under and I am no longer currently with) and they said the lab was out of my network and I had to pay. So, this led to some crying on my part because I am already hugely frustrated with my financial situation at the moment and hearing that I owe another $225 just pushed me over. My BF said he would help me with it which I love, I just wish I didn't have this hanging over my head at the moment. Why does money always have to be such an issue with EVERYTHING? Sometimes I wish I could just be wealthy and not have to worry about it anymore, but we know that doesn't happen overnight.

Well, back to work for me. Even though I am kinda feeling like crap with these allergies and the money issues, I am going to do my best to get some exercise in tonight so I might feel better.

Hey, Blue Beauties! I'm psyched about the show tonight, and even more excited about how good our team's weigh-in numbers are! Can't wait to hear the results!

Hi! I am taking the time to try to comment on some posts. Happy to have found a few minutes, everyone is sleeping for a moment!!

Marianne: Yep! We are gonna kick some butt in this thing. Woohoo! Can't wait to see our total loss on Dec.3!!

Lindsey: "Weigh" to go, girlfriend!! Congrats on your loss and my goodness, you sure stay busy too!

Liz: Sry to hear you are having money troubles. Try not to let it get u down. You will find a way to handle it. Congratulations on sticking with the team and checking in even when you have all that going on.

Bliss: Yay! So close to the 200s!! You'll be there b4 you know it!

Dea: I love hot chocolate, esp. in winter. I buy a fat free kind in packets. 50 cals and 0 fat. Hits the spot. I like how you adjust within ur day and eat less at nite when need be. I do it too. Works well. Congrats on your 3 lbs down!!

Denice: Omg, 3 dance classes in a week! I'd like to make it to one! You are doing great at being up and moving so often.

Aud: You are doing great! A little lunge here, a squat or two here, 3 minutes jogging in place while the DH gets the car out of the garage, etc. It works, I'm proof. I never have a bulk amount of time to give myself. I had to find a way to still get it all in. Yay for the 2 lbs loss!! And love the 'ball as a chair' idea.

Rhonda: You are doing fantastic staying OP!! I never had Tivo but lovvve my DVR. Without it taping for me, I'd never, ever get to finish anything. LOL. I have to restart the taped ones several times as it is!

Azure: 4 lbs. down! Yay! Great job losing. And thanks for the info on the HRM.

Chelle: Do you sew? I have made 3 queen sized quilts all from pieces and 2 infant ones. I love it but have had surgery on my right wrist and trouble still with both (hence why I don't type EVEN MORE than I do here, which I probably would do, lol.) Cool to create things for others. Now I just do easier projects. You live on the 3rd floor and have to climb the stairs every day? Who says you need more exercise?? LOL

Tina: I eat crazy b4 my period too. Crave salt and sugar so therefore get more bloated than I already am. Not so bad this month though I noticed. Didn't give in to the cravings much though. Probably helped. Neat that you are so close with your MIL. Be grateful. (I'm sure you already are.) Some of us aren't so lucky. Mine has 5 daughter-in-laws who would rather not see her much at all. I think it's just a sad thing mainly. She could have 5 good friends instead. But it sounds like fun over there with you all!

Anna: Congrats on going to the gym so often! I need to up my fiber badly. What do you do to add more in?

Kim-Otto: 1 pound is better than no pound or .5 pounds!!! Chin up! Great job moving in the right direction. Always remember that if you are still OP, it will come off.. this week or next or maybe the next. But it will come off. :

Fit: Thanks for your comment. You are so sweet. I just love my babies. And I really like posting tips here. I just hope its not annoying anyone, esp. when my post gets to be so long. Congrats on your fabulous loss!!!!

Cathy: You are having nice weather! You and lots of others on here but not me! It's still in the 90s here with highhhh humidity. Uggh!!! I love gardening and playing ball with the kids in the back yard but I hate the heat when it's this bad and so do the kids! LOL. I see you like to walk too. Me too. And yes, I'm swamped but I love my team! I have to check in and chat too. I'm so happy to have a spot on our team because last year I didn't get in!!! I need this badly this year so I want to put forth all my effort. This is my only fun lately (beside my kids of course. They are fun too.) DH is working alot and the kids take all the rest of my time. This is for ME. A gift for myself.

I'm thankful to all of you for being such great support to me and everyone here. Big hugs everybody! We're doing great!!

Hey Liz...could you just make payments to the lab. I know we have doctor bills that come every month that are anywhere from $100-$300 (with 3 kids that is really easy to rack up) but anyway we just send them whatever we can a month....most of the time we send them between $50-$75 and they never call looking for more money or say anything to me when I take the kids into the doctor! I tell ya what though insurance really SUCKS! I can't stand the insurance my husband has, but his boss pays for it so were kinda stuck in that. It will all work out though hun!

Selina- I hear all the time how people just don't get along with their MIL's! I have to say I get along with mine better then my own mom! I feel you though, the relationship has to go both ways and if yours doesn't respect you there is nothing you can do about it! I wanted to tell you how inspiring it is to read all that you do. (It makes me tired just reading it) For real though that is wonderful! PS...your a beautiful girl...I don't mean that in a creepy stalker way either just that your really pretty!

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Hello team!

Sorry I haven't been very talkative on this thread yet. I'm going to make a concious effort to post here more often.

Anyways this weekend was kind of a train wreck for me. I was on vacation and let loose and ate everything and anything I wanted, to the point where I felt sick. Coming home, I felt so disgusting.

Needless to say, I lost no weight this week. I don't understand...I'm so close to 200...why oh why do I keep on sabotaging myself???????

Anyways I'm not going to let this get me down...I'm moving forward. Today I've had a great start so far and made myself go to the gym. I'm hoping for some normalcy in the near future, and hopefully this challenge will help so that I can actually report a loss for next week.
