Hi all, checking in on my lunch break. Today has been so-so with the eating. I ate a pretzel stick (not one of the small ones, I guess it's more of a rod being about 10 inches long) and I think it came out to about 2 points. That's 2 points I wasn't planning on using for a snack, but I was feeling famished even after my morning snack so I snuck it in. That only leaves 8 points for dinner which is going to be difficult since the BF wants to go out to eat and then see a movie. It is very hard to find something at a restaurant that is only 8 points. Might be going for the salad tonight. I got in a great 47 minute 3 mile WATP which had me sweating but felt good at the end. I would like to exercise tonight, but it looks like my plans are already full with dinner and a movie. Blah. The BF is going out of town for awhile on Saturday so I think I'll try and get in an extra long workout session. I'm going to NJ Sunday night for work which has me stressing but I'm trying not to panic over it. I don't like traveling, but I'm trying to view this as a learning experience.

Heheh. I might have to start at 10 and try to add 5 a week or something? Crunches I can do for ages, but pushups are a different story!!


I had one day where I met that goal, but most days are a little over half what I'd like to get in me. 






: and am down 6.4 pounds for a total of almost 10 pounds YAY!
And we're going down to Ohio today for dh's paternal side family reunion. No clue what kind of food will be there but am taking grape tomatoes and lite string cheese for the ride down as my snack, and my 64oz mug of water!! I'm hellbent on having a good weigh in at WW on Monday.
