Sorry I don't post very much. I am trying to get finished packed and come back to the states. I have been here in Korea teaching English.....and I will be so glad to be back on American territory again! It will also be nice to be back somewhere where I can read the food and have decent stores to go shopping at!!!!!!!!!! Anyways....I bought an i-pod and want to download the podcasts for the C25K. I have never heard of it until I came here and saw people talking about it and then did a web search to see what it was all about. I don't know how far I will be with it but you gotta start somewhere right. So looking at both teams I saw that we are both having some hard time losing! Come on girls....let's all get our butts back in first gear and have a wonderful next week. Hey Chelle....do you need help putting that challenge together? We can help if you need it. Just holla! Well girls I am sending out BIG 'S to you all and also giving each of you some and also ing for each of you guys! Come on BLUE TEAM we can DO IT!!!!!!!!

I know I haven't been checking in like I should but I am doing well. I lost 2 lbs this week!!! I went on a 30 min. walk this morning before work; it was brutal and my ears hurt (they are really sensitive to even slightly cold air). I feel energized from it though!! I am really proud of myself!!

UtahGirl: I did the C25K program and it is great! I didn't think I would be able to complete it, but was surprised with how well I did. I haven't ran in months, but I am going to get back to it this week! We can motivate each other - you can do it!

Well, I gained 2 pounds last week, but I am going to get in my butt in shape and get back on track. So, those of you that want to do it with me, I am beginning my abs/pushup challenge. We should all try to do 50 abs and 10 pushups each day this week, but don't overdo it! Take a day off if you need.

Charity

Morning Ladies!

I'm checking in a little later today! The boss is stressing cause the company doesn't have enough money to pay bills and what not so it's been kind of weird in the office this morning. They just took distributions for quarterlies last week and I kept trying to tell them.... don't take a lot of money or you're gonna regret it in the next few weeks! Well of course because I'm just the lonely office personnel my opinion doesn't matter to them and now look what they've gotten into! Told you so!

Anyway. I did hop on the scale at home over the weekend and I lost the sodium gain from my sushi on Friday night. I bet it had something to do with that bowl of chicken and stars earlier in the day too! My leader at the WW meeting told me I need to start exercising on my lunch break so that's hopefully something I can promise to myself I can do. Even if its just toning exercises!

All of my friend's went out a bought treadmills over the weekend. I wish we had a bigger apartment and maybe I would have one too. I'm just ready to get a house. But I know that's not for a long time with my lack of credit!

I'm such a doofus! I forgot to bring my water to work and I also forgot to pack my lunch so I'll have to find something at Wendy's I can eat. Looks like a salad day! I'm so tired of salad.

It looks like a few of us had a hard week this past week... so lets rev up that exercise and make a strong come back next week!

PS... Charity! I'm going to do the challenge with you!

Hope I made the w/i deadline - got knocked off the internet for some weird reason - lost 2 more lbs but just put me in for a freebie week if I didn't make it in time.

I'm in the push up/abs challenge . . . tried it out yesterday and could BARELY do the 10 push ups. Is it ok to do 5 at one time and then 5 more later? That's how bad my try at them was!

Going to catch up on Our Chat later - looks like I won't be going into work . . . moooorrrreee drama.

ttyal!

Well I did my 50 ab exercises and 10 (girly) pushups yesterday, and I'll do today's after I get home tonight! I ate light yesterday, and went on a looong trail walk with a friend, and that 2lb gain I had posted for weigh in yesterday is gone... grrrrr.

I found this "hundred day head start" thing on a blog the other day. Can you believe that there are now 99 days until New Years?! I'm committing to 30mins of exercise/day for the remainder of the year, to see if I can really kick things into gear and meet my Christmas goal!

Aud - 10 pushups is 10 pushups, as far as I'm concerned! They will get easier, too, so stick with it!

Utah - I'm sort of doing Couch to 5K too. It's pretty neat!

Chellez - sounds like a crazy day for you! Hope Wendy's goes well; can you pop out to a store and buy a bottle of water to use for the day?

I'm back to my starting weight. It's awful and I feel horrible for letting you all down. I called and am going into my nutritionist this afternoon. She will jerk my chain and get me re-motivated and back in line, I swear! Tomorrow I will make my ticker honest with whatever I weight then. 11:30 here and so far, so good - OP thus far today.
I also exercised this weekend! I promise to be a better teammate from here on out~!

I just posted my 2 lb loss...I am at the 40 lbs marker. I am feeling really good about that...I still have a long way to go, but 40 lbs is like a milestone!!
Hope everyone has a great day!
Time to go to the kitchen and find something for a late lunch...something healthy so I can start this last week of Sept on a good note!

Thanks so much Utah for doing that! I was about to hop on and list everyone out!

Looks like if the last 5 people maintain we still have a good loss this week!

No pressure!

Wooo hoo! Ladies, we are looking good so far with getting everyone to weigh in.

I think it's interesting how many people (blue AND red team) have had a gain/maintain/very small loss this week. What a parallel to the show! I wonder if there is any connection, or if it's all coincidence?
