Am so tired. Had a blood test done yesterday for diabetes, came back with blood sugar levels of 6.3, if it is over 6 you may be diabetic, so more tests needed. Also have high blood pressure and have to see my doctor within a week. Not nice. Am still trying hard with my eating. maybe solving all this health stuff will solve a few other problems as well.

Sorry to hear that you are tired. I hope that your tests come back with the results that you want. A lot of the time the worrying about the tiredness/illnes is worse than the actual illness etc.
Congrats on your good eating - wish some of your will power would rub off on me - lol

Carol luv, My Mum was diagnosed as a diabetic a few years back with a sugar level above 6.0. She has managed to bring it down to four point something in the two years, not by following any drastic diet but just cutting out the fat and sweet stuff allthough she does indulge from time to time. SHe also lost two stone over two years so the docs are well pleased with her. SO believe that there is hope for you and knowing you through FC I know you will be doing well soon, you have more motivation than most people I know.
SW, sounds like you've been busy, I've been very lazy all wekkend, no cleaning and now the laundry is shouting at me, so I'll be doing that all night so as we're all ready for the week ahead to be able to wear clean clothes Best go do some folding now, before dindin.

lmao - my washer is still going now. It has been going all day and yet still I have a huge basket full of dirty laundry - lol.
I just nipped next door to my mother-in-laws as they have a new exercise bike and treadmill. The bike is horrible, so uncomfortable, I think I will stick to the one at the gym. I tried the treadmill too but it is a manual belt one and it will take me a bit of getting used to. In the end settles for a bath - lol.
Just catching up on some e-mails etc and then I am off to bed. Kids are back to school tomorrow - YES YES YES - lol.

[QUOTE=BritinNJ]Hi girlies,
Imagine my surprise when they fitted PERFECTLY!!!
YAY!!! Oh well done
to Chris, you are a star!! sorry these are the only ones I could find,
Too bad about your son though, especially about being thrown out of the musical. Hope things get a bit more sorted soon.
I think you lot were all rebels when you were younger! I think I must have been an angel, can't remember getting into anything disasterous when I was young...
I cannot remember where Cathy's folks are but I am in Suffolk and I woke up to snow this morning. Yep! White stuff all around. Now though it has all melted but the sky is a very dark grey and it looks very stormy and threatening. Very beautiful behind the trees with the sunlight shining and highlighting the almost bare branches but I wonder what is coming later!!
I have felt rather rough over the last few days, think it may be the increase in my painkillers...the doctor doubled the ones I take for my chest pain but I feel quite woozy a couple of hours after I take them, very exhausted and sort of nauseous. Added to this, last night I had the mother of all upset stomachs so now my insides feel very sore and bloated. Yuk.
Oooh suddenly it went all dark...the sun has hidden behind a sheet of cloud and now it doesn't look pretty at all!!
Ta ta for now, love from Teel.

It's very quiet in here today, where did everyone go? I know SW posted yesterday but lost it......but where is everyone else? Are you all madly working out and too busy to exercise those fingers on your keyboards
I have had a good day point wise, plus exercise so as I feel I've had a fairly successful week, I MIGHT, please let it happen, show a loss on those scales tomorrow morning
Hope everyone is doing well, with eating and their llife in general, hope to see some chickies on here soon. I miss ya!

Hi Veggie, Of course you count luvey How's your week going? I know who you're talking about, I don't like him personally, bit too condesending for my liking, but that's just my little opinion.
I LOST this week, YES I DID! Am a happy bunny Check the weigh in thread to see how much. Hope everyone else is a hppy buny when they jump on their scales too

I probably wouldn't like Dr Phil if I saw him on tv all the time but I don't so that's ok.

Veggie darlin' of course you count...I love your new avatar!! He is just SO cuute...
I wonder how our Cathy is surviving in chilly old UK at the moment? It has been soooo cold over the last few days and we are expecting more of the white stuff. I inadvertently left my mobile phone in my car for a few hours yesterday evening and when I rescued it I had to coax it back to life and warm it up before it flickered into submission.

Hellooooooooooooooo, where is everyone again? I have been a superduper slimmer woman today, have had an awesome day on points and worked like a hurricane cleaning through this building that we call home. I cleaned, in and out, up and down and did tonnes of laundry. Spent an hour and a half hoovering two couches and a big armchair and pouf, that were horribley covered in dog hair and half way through the second couch, when I was fit to be tied cos I ached all over, my lovely little doggies both thought they should climb up on the back of it and lay down and watch me hoover their hairs up! I chased them off with the hoover though and so far have managed to keep them off, so they're still hair free
Went to curves this morning and walked this evening with the above doggies so have got the exercise in as well. I am super! I even manage to amaze myself some days
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Be good

Take care all.
