The Dr on fitclub doesn't want them to lose too quickly, but saying they are failures when they lose over the amount they were asked to lose, is odd.

Hi Girls,

Just a quick check in i have'nt even packed yet i've got to do it tonight because i know i'll find lots of little jobs that i just "have to do" before i go does anyone else feel like they have to leave their house spotless before taking a trip? i have'nt been for any tranq's either and my mind is running amok thinking that i may have a panic attack and not have any meds with me its too late now unless i get up early and go first thing in the morning actually, i did drop by the clinic but there were about half a dozen people waiting so i told myself that i would be alright and did'nt wait i hope i'm right

Thanks Tracy i'll make sure i take plenty of pics of Olivia

Oh Cathy, have a super lovely time on your trip home...don't get too excited now!
I am sorry you didn't have time to stop at the pharmacy, but don't panic! I am sure there will be pharmacies nearby, that would sell homeopathic remedies and alternative remedies to help the sympoms. But we know really that you will not nead them!!!

I hope you get this before you leave...if not, well, you will know I was thinking of you!!

Have been eating reasonably well, not over doing it and not doing perfectly, but doing better than I was

Well done Carol
Well I'm feeling a bit out of sorts right now. My son has been suspended from chool indefinitely! He's not a bad kid, has never been in any trouble at school or with the law before but on Monday night, he decided to join in a 'senior prank' with three boys from his school. For all of you over there, Senior's are in their last year of high school and during their last year, some of them decide in their infinite wisdom to try and be funny. This lot decided it would be rather funny to let all the air out of all the school buses tyres. They did it without being caught at the time and manage to delay school opening on Tusday morning by an hour and a half while the tyres were pumped up and other buses brought in to use as well!
Needless to say, I'm very disappointed to know that my kid was part of all this and I have spent the better part of the morning talking with the school principal about the ramifications of this happening. We now have to await a school board meeting sometime in march so the boy is home for the duration until things are settled. Grrrr! Why, oh why?
I did jump on the scales again this morning for my weekly weigh in, and haven't lost a pound, I have been eating ok, a few bits of birthday chocolate have found it's way to my mouth and I have missed a few of my regular sessions at curves, but I'll get there and redeem myself by getting wholly on track
Sorry for being such a blah person today, just thought I'd share part of my life with you all.
Hope everyone's day is going better than mine Have a good one

Hi girls, am on track with a vengence. Even went out after a late work meeting tonight to dunkin donuts and had a coffee cake and latte and am still right on the mark with points, not even an overage
My day has been ok given this mornings circumstances but I'm dealing with it all right and will carry on dealing with it. It's in the past and we'll get on with life in this household as best as we can.
Am off to my bed now for a nice snooze and to have another great point day tomorrow.
Keep smiling everyone, we can do this. (wonder if Cathy's had any Brit food yet)?

Sorry to hear about your son Chris. I think it is a stage they go through. My Godson is a very good, intelligent boy but always had to have the last word (so like his parents) so is often in trouble with his mouth. If ever he gets in trouble (nothing physical like letting down tires, mainly mouthing off) he gets "picked on" by teachers when others get ignored simply because they know he can do better! Both his mum and I have tried to explain this to him but he will not listen but then wonders why he gets detention so much.

He used to like going to a park by his school and stand around watching the fights (they all love that don't they?!) until he got picked on then it frightened him. Boys-who'd have them eh?

I hope your holiday is going well Cathy. I bet you are really glad to be seeing Olivia again.

Sorry to hear about your son Chris. I was suspended when I was 12 for dyeing my hair - lol. I used exactly the same dye/colour that loads of my friends had used. It was a wash in wash out colour but it didn't wah out of my hair and my hair went a funny pink colour. I was suspended until it faded/grew out. Luckily it was just before the easter hols so I didn't miss too much school. Funniest thing was that I went to school in Totnes (if anyone has ever been there they will know how funny this was - lol). Totnes is still going through the Hippy stage and has been since 60s/70s - lol. Very unique place - lol. There were people in my school with purple/green hair etc. They have now abolished the uniform completely - lol. I guess that the head of lower school just didn't like me - lol.

If you asked my mum back then she would have told you that I was the worst teenager about. I now work for the National Probation service and you wouldn't believe the backgrounds of some of my colleagues. Look at it like this. It is better for him to get it out of his system now. It would be totally unacceptable to be doing that as an adult - lol.

I have still not got back on the wagon. Am waiting until Saturday now as I have to go to a 50th birthday dinner tomorrow.

Anyway had better be off, have got to go for a smear test - fun fun fun - lol.

Why Superwitch what a rebel you were! I remember bleaching my hair (not at school) to then dye it with crazy colour. Instead I got a mousse that was blue black. OK anyone with sense would have realised yellow + blue =green - I wasn't that bothered because I was quite punky and thought -lime green -nice! Only trouble was it was grimy looking mouldy green colour - bleuch!

Hi girls, thanks for the support, We're all doing ok here with dealing with this turn of events in our life. J found out today that he's been dropped from the school musical now though due to all this so he's rather upset about that. They were doing "Grease' and he had a lead part and was warking really hard for it....but what will be, will be.
I've had a good day point wise and made it to curves and walked the dogs so things are back on track with this chickie
I had a ba dye job once too, had a friend put blonde streaks in my hair, she got the kit and everything, and when I rinsed it all out, I looked in the mirror to find, pink purple and orange and a tinge of mint green on the ends! Talk about a shock, my borhter teased me about the look for months..lovely man
Right, well have just watched a very exciting ER and now it's time for beddiebyes.
Have a great Friday everyone.

HI all, sorry to hear about your son Chris, I guess maybe he'll learn a lesson from it especially now he' sout of the play, guess I have all these joys to come with my boys.

I once put a copper rinse in my hair and ended up with all different shades of red / pink and burgundy in my hair for months. Like Peacock I thought it looked cool, at the time.

Hi girlies,
Things are going good here. J was a little bit cabin fever crazy by yesterday being in the house, but we let him go to work today and he'll go again tomorrow so that should help him. We've actually managed to spend more quality family time together since his suspension, people say there's good in everything, so this must be it for us right now
Have been good staying on plan, and exercising, so am hoping for a loss come next Weds.
Had a nice day weather wise here today, it was above freezing which was lovely for a change, a few more weeks and spring will be upon us.
I can't wait, last week, I found some capri's and as they were a decent price, I tried a pair of 16's on, I was really surprised as they were a tad to big, so my friend ran to get me a pair of 14's and I thought I'd give them a go, and thought, well I won't be able to get them on so maybe that could be incentive to be super good so as to be in them in a few months. Imagine my surprise when they fitted PERFECTLY!!! Yes they did, I am so chuffed, of course now I need warmer weather to be able to wear them. I don't know the last time I bought size 14's and it feels GREAT!!!!
Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday....

Glad to hear that things are going better for you. I bought some black capri pans the other day. Black and Pink (50s style) is everywhere in the shops here at the moment which is great for me as I love the style - lol. Also little ballet style shoes are very fashionable at the moment which is also great for me as I already have loads as I love them too.

Went out for my Mother-In-Laws 50th birthday on Frida with all my husbands family - it was ok considering - lol.

Yesterday I took the kids to cinema and my 12 year old brother. Then we did a bit of shopping and had a spot of lunch in town.

Today I have so much laundry to do you wouldn't believe it - lol. I also want to clean the inside of my new (second hand) car. My daughter and I had a bit of a go at it last week but want to finish it today.

I have also got to do a bit of shopping but my husband is at work and so the kids and will have to walk approx 2miles which won't do us any harm - lol.

I still haven't managed to get back on track but I am doing more and more exercise. My Mother and Father in law also bought a treadmill and exercise bike last week (they only live down the corridor - we all live above the pub that they run - different flats though) and so I thought that I might see if I can use that for 20 minutes each evening as well as going to the gym twice a week, and swimming anf yoga once a week.
