I'm OP for 27 days today! Feels good. Habits are really forming, which I'm so glad for.
I'm upping my water alot lately, more than b4.

I had one day where I met that goal, but most days are a little over half what I'd like to get in me.
That's smart about using a small coffee cup, less than a cup. Mine's at least a cup.
Tina, I think u look like Faith Hill. (She's one of my favorites, since her very first album.) Anyone ever told you that? I love flea markets and all that too.

Charity, I'd love to do the challenge. I can't do push ups because of my wrists but I can do crunches. Did you all start yet?

Chelle, I like the idea of your power naps! And the confessionals too. Might need that one of these days. I'm white knuckling it thru the munchies I get at nite. I just try to go on to bed when I'm like that.
Cat, it sure is nicer to walk with someone. I'd like my husband to go with me but someone has to stay here with the 5 kids! LOL Dang it! I just do the treadmill lately but love walking outside.
Rhonda, I soooo know about the cake thing. My MIL likes to make rude remarks about my and my husband's weight but makes pans of my favorite, brownies, and leaves them here. I just don't get some people.
Denice, hope ur weekend is calmer than your week. For me, it's stays about the same. No, the weekend is much more hectic because I have all 5 of the kids plus we have football games and shopping to do. Scary!!
