I did the WATP 2 mile walk yesterday and am going to do it again in about 10 minutes. Yeah, I'm finally exercising again!!!!

No formal exercise... but I did walk nonstop from when I dropped my son off at school till lunch time, which was 3 hours at least. Gotta love power shopping.

Thumbs up Exercise....gotta love that verb!

My total miles for yesterday is 4.18!
That puts my total for the week at 9.93 miles!
That puts my monthly total at 50.5 miles!

Woohoo!! But, I can't get off my butt this morning....someone get over here and kick me in the butt....get me out the door....please!!

Okay, i'll bite on this thread too.

Did 3 miles with Leslie on either Thurs or Fri(can't remember).
Did 5 loads of laundry and a one hour yoga class Monday.
Walked 4 miles withe Leslie yesterday.
Took a nap this afternoon(hey, sleeping burns calories) and will direct handbell rehearsal for an hour tonight(flapping arms is great cardio).

I've decided that every other day is good for me while I'm breakig this ole' body in. My shoulders are so sore from the walk the walk I did yesterday. I'm wondering if it is because I was basically a couch potato, never exercised amd now I am? Any thoughts????
