3 miles today

I have been sliding for too long. This week I WILL get back to getting up at 5 am and getting in my exercise in the mornings. NO MATTER WHAT!

I live i the Midwest - approximately 8 inches of snow last night, on top of 1/2 to 1 inch of ice. My exercise today? One hour of shoveling snow and ice.
