Talking DAILY VERB (Exercise)

Verb is what you do...

It can be a bike ride, swimming, a walk in the mall, weight training, a walk in the park, 1 hour on the tredmill...you get the point. Anything that gets us up and moving.

So come on Chicklets.... what did you do today ?

Good Morning.

Hit the pavement at 7 a.m...walked 101 minutes .a little over 3 miles with hubby by my sde.
We walk past a Lake and saw Geese and their babies.Ducks.one has 9 ducklings.....turtles poking their noses out for air.what a glorius sight! I also enjoy looking at peoples yards and flowers!

I am finding the new pedometer WW sells so accurate and cannot beleive I have logged in a journal.my steps, miles and time for 26 days now! The newness of the accurate pedometer has yet to wear off! It is a fun toy!

I leave it on after recording and record the miles and steps!
