i'm trying to get back into my regular morning routine
which means getting up at 5:00 and exercising before getting ready for work.
today I met that goal

Saturday - I cleaned house for 6 hours.

Today I got up at 5:00 am and did 2 miles

anybody else exercising?

and I hand washed my car last night --- hey it all counts ;-)
I haven't hand washed my car in years.

I am walking every single morning before daylight with my DH!
