    Pretty, we alllll started somewhere, 15 minutes is better than no minutes ...

    Today 45 mins gym chest and triceps
  • Ok, thank you for letting me join you! I did 20 mins of cardio work and 15 minutes of Jumping rope. Would've been longer, but I ran out of time today. On the upside, I actually did exactly 1200 calories today (on the nose!) lol

    2 hrs skating
  • TM warm up for 6 minutes, then UB weight lifting, abs and yoga.
    an hour and 1/2.
  • yesterday 30m walk, 30m weight training, 30m ellipitcal
  • Aerobics: high impact 15 min's
    Aerobics: low impact 20 min's
    Calisthenics: push-ups, sit-ups 15 min's
    Weight lifting: Legs, Arms, Back 15 min's

    Total: 65 minutes.
  • 20 min yoga. Remainder will depend on how long the dentist takes and how uncomfortable I am afterward.
  • Not having a good day...but I did do a 30 min, very intense Jillian Michaels 1-2-3 workout.

  • Ok, today I did 35 minutes of jogging and 10 minutes of walking. So 45 minutes altogether. Tomorrow I need to do 45 cardio and weight training. woot!

    I am kicking myself. I didn't start my workouts until 3 pm so I didn't get as many done today as I wanted to do. Better luck next week on my one mile at a time marathon I guess.
