Is it me or is the eliptical one scary piece of equiptment? I have stayed the **** off of it. I have been treadmilling though! Walked a mile today followed by 10 minutes on the regular bike and 10 reps each of legs curls and arms something or others. Not much, but certainly the most excersize I have ever done.

Actually Femme it's quite a nice piece of equipment once you get used to it plus it's really easy on the joints if you have knee problem... Try it, it doesn't bite, HONEST!!
Just back from a nice jog about 5k I think... 42 minutes... It's bright and sunny just above freezing ... Gorgeous day ...

I love the elliptical so much I bought one! I hated it at first...low resistance is key to start. But it is great exercise, and so crucial for me given my knee issues.
