  • Hello, can I join in? I started going to the gym regularly last week monday, I went MON-WED-FRI-SAT for 40 minutes each time
    I made it MON-WED this week so far with
    15 min on the treadmill
    15 on the bike
    20 on weights
  • C25K W1D2 - 30 min., 4.0 mph/5.0 mph/5.5 mph (treadmill)
    Arc Trainer - 15 min., high intensity
    Light stretching
  • Walk the walk 2 mile 35 min.
    Walk And Kick 32 min
    40 min upper body workout/resistance training

    Mar 2 Treadmill 30 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes, Eliptical 10 minutes
    Mar 3 Aquacize class 60 minutes, Cardio Intervals class 57 minutes
    Mar 4
    Mar 5 Cardio Intervals class 54 minutes, Aquacize class 40 minutes

  • 1 hr skating tonight
  • Ilene - nope...though if I'm unsure on form, I'll look it up on about.com. They have a great yoga section.
