Today
Doc said to take it easy so I lowered the intensity of the videos for the day. Just can't not do them lol. Don't raise the knee as high, don't squat quite so low when I do the kick backs. As long as the chest doesn't hurt more than it is that should be ok. Actually the pain running across the chest feels better now than when I started. I think I must have just pulled something. Going to see the doc Monday since she couldn't get me in until then.

the last 3 days have been sooo hectic at work for me. I work in a bakery and Sunday is Easter, which means TONS of rolls, pies and cakes and no time to stop moving or rest and since I've been going home completely wiped, I've slacked off for the last couple days. I tried to work out last night and made it for about 10 mins. not so good. My abs are still killing me. I will be working out today though.
