OK last night I jogged for almost 1/2 mi. again a BIG deal for me....I did housework like CRAZY for over 2 hours.

I did not get to the gym this morning (I am not happy about that) but I didnt sleep good and then I had such a sore throat this morning, I skipped, but I may try to go tonight after things settle down at the house.
I will also get it made up by going tomorrow morning and Wednesday...so I will make it up.

Thanks ALL!!!

Glad to see everyone is up and running, even if only a little bit.

Still
I am so sorry to hear you still aren't feeling better. It takes a long time sometimes to get over that kind of thing. Just getting the body moving a bit is better than nothing. You keep that in mind and take care of yourself.

I don't do my walking/aerobic videos on the weekends generally. Between spending up to 6 hours shopping and up and down the stairs doing laundry. I figure I get a workout anyway and everyone should have a day off a week.

I have an ear infection, and this morning I got a root canal. Think that is excuse enough?

I may go for a walk later today.

OK I went to the gym tonight.....did 15 on the elliptical, 20 on the treadmill and 10 on the weights...

My daughter got put in the hospital today, she is ok, and will be released tomorrow...so I went to see her and then headed to the gym since she was sleeping..then I went back and she was still sleeping....at least she is getting rest.

I should be back to the gym tomorrow unless I have to leave for work early....

I can not believe how much I really enjoy working up a good sweat!

Manda, you impress me! I doubt I'd be able to go through that and still work out.

StillTryin, sorry to hear all the things you're going through right now! I'm truly inspired by the both of you!

I did 30 minutes of weight training and 45 mins cardio.
