    15 min. hill walking (real hills this time )
  • hip hop hustle ymca class 45 min- so much fun!!!!!!
  • I ended up with a 30 min walk yesterday...I tried jogging but the bouncing was MURDER. The nice, moderate-pace walk was good, though, and better than nothing!
  • 45 minutes weight lifting (Arms & Back), Ab, leg, & Back work on Ball & Mat. Threw in some Jumping jacks & Marching in place.

    30 min. upper body workout
    15 min. moderate stretching
  • I did 30 mins dreadmill and 30 mins elliptical last nite.
  • 60 min elliptical
    10 min stretching/yoga (being upside down hurt!)
  • 1hr leslie sansone WATP 5 mile advanced walk
    30m pilates
  • I did 45 minutes of jumping rope followed by stretching.
  • Calejo - 45 min straight of jumprope? You're hardcore!
  • 60 mins on the elliptical.
  • 20 mins jogging with the dog, then finished up at home, mixing it in with the weight lifting, for a grand total of 50 mins. Tried a whey protein shake today. Um, is there a "barf" smiley?
