  • got my 60 elliptical done, and yes, much better today! Though Monday will be a rest day, most likely, because even I am not going to do cardio after a root canal!

    15 min. hill walking (treadmill)
    5 min. Stairmaster (ow!)

    ...and then I was so exhausted and *hungry* that I even forgot to stretch!

    Today is a rest day for me...jogging my first 5K tomorrow!
  • Well I did 50 minutes today!!!! And I jogged for 6 minutes...which is a HUGE deal. I have a bad leg and have NEVER done ANY running since I was like 10!!! So this was AWSOME!!!!!
