  • 30 min on the elliptical
  • I'm sure that excuses are not welcome here, but I would like to explain the reason I can't get to the gym today, and what I'll be doing instead

    All my gym clothes are dirty and I won't be able to do laundry today because I work 11-7:30. So...I'm going to try to get in LOTS of exercise at work (I'm a grocery store cashier). I'm not going to lean against my checkout stand, and I'll incorporate as much fidgeting/moving around as possible into my day.

    I guess you could say that my exercise for the day is going to be 8 hours of slinging groceries

    Chest and triceps for an hour today ....

    Great way to start the month...
  • 20 mins dreadmill
    10 bike
    40 elliptical.
  • Hello 50 minutes of walking
    20 minutes of weight lifting

    I over did it today and am sore all over already.

  • 30 mins dreadmill
    40 mins elliptical
  • Yesterday - 15 min yoga
    Today - 15 min yoga, 45 min hike out on ocean cliffs...so gorgeous!

    OH, I am so jealous. I bet it IS very beautiful.
  • I walked for about an hour and 15 minutes around my neighborhood.

    I was enjoying myself (and my iPod tunes) so much at one point that I started skipping down the sidewalk like a little girl.

    2 1/2 hrs skating tonight. Not my best workout, but I did it anyway. Just could not get it together tonight.

    Yesterday:
    30 min walking/jogging on the track
    15 minutes free weights
    15 minutes stretching
  • Heffalump, so glad you could join us!

    Today is a day off for me, but I think I might walk the dogs or something.
