  • 60 min of Tae Bo
  • 1 hour on the treadmill. Still trying to heal my foot, so I did 40 minutes 3.0-mph, then 15 minutes @ 3.5. I managed to keep the heart rate up where it needed to be. No running today. Then I lifted weights for about 10 minutes. I rehurt the foot and now it hurts worse than it did before and the nerves in it is making my leg & Foot jump and move all by itself. I think I need to call the doc.
  • Saturday March 1-day off
    Sunday March 2-30 minute run, leg weights
  • 55 min of elliptical
  • 30 min. C25K W1D1 (treadmill)
    15 min. hill walking (treadmill)
    15 min. light stretching

    The workout was great, but I might have overdone it a bit yesterday - I'm soooore all over, which isn't too bad - but my right ankle is acting up again as well. Hm, gotta watch that.

    5 minutes rowing machine
    30 minutes elliptical!
  • 45 minutes biking
    55 minutes Yoga... I got this new Yoga tape Rodney Yee, Power Yoga, I really like it... It's nice and slow moving with good instructions and made me work up a sweat...
