Diva, so glad you're back at your running!
Pretty, don't worry about it, just do what you can do! When I first tried the TaeBo tapes, I could not do the whole thing, either. What I did was the warmup, about 5 mins of the "workout" part, then FF to the cool down and did that. Each week, I'd add in a little more of the workout, and it didn't take long before I could do the whole tape. I'm sure you could do something similar with your workout tape!
