Hi Everybody,

Welcome Jen and Sunshine!

Thanks for info about cinnamon, Diana. I keep some lists of healthy foods, etc. on a computer postette...easy to find.

You know, I feel so much better than when I started back in February. Having 10 lbs less "under the belt" has given me a little confidence that I can lose this nasty weight. I think I am eating healthier now than I have in my entire life.

Yesterday, I did no cardio. I did do lunges, squats and some stability ball exercises. I had 3 servings of TJ's maple nut cereal. I had a lot of cough drops.
BUT, I lost weight anyway.

Good morning to all
WI same 167.4 but I did get in 30 min of cardio yesterday at the office of all places. The phones were quiet and I had the place to myself so I fired up a Jessica Smith workout LOL

My food is planned out today except dinner and I am stumped I have a bit of roasted chicken leftover and a big head of cauliflower so I will make something with it tonight.

Teri000 I hope you feel better soon and wow able to lose at the same time

Today has been crazy at work starting well before work

188.0 New Low!

I *will* get in those steps today. Already at 7800 and am going out after a 230 meeting.

Doctor visit. Only thing I did not like was total cholesterol was 208 and LDL is 138 but triglycerides were 66, HDL was 57, and VLDL was 13.. Because of the VLDL and the HDL she was very happy. I think the added fiber I am doing should also help. She did not suggest a statin. They did not do A1C but serum glucose was 90 and everything else was perfect.

No time for personals today. Meeting with new boss went well.

grannynancy congrats on the new low, that's awesome.
I am already at 7600 steps so my goal should be achieved today, I completed my NRLW workout so i am pleased with today. My planned calories will be under my 1500.

Friday morning my weight was up by 1.2 lbs. IDK why. I ate around 1050 calories.

Today I ate 860 calories.

B coffee w/cocoa powder, stevia, coconut creamer (20 cal per 1/4c) and cashew milk 200
S: Popchips 360
L Chicken breast with mustard. Spring mix with cucumber and BHF dressing 210
D: Chicken breast with carrot and bone broth. 4 asparagus, green beans, cabbage and celery 60
S: lemon protein frozen thing 30

good morning! fell asleep watching bonanza on inspiration tv and woke up during gunsmoke. power walked to and home after supper last night. ran an errand on the way there. no running errands on the way home as I didn't need to get anything. will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed.

Unhappy MARCH 2018--Wrong direction

Hi!

Hope you are having a nice weekend.

There was an inch of snow on the ground, so I stayed in and did no cardio. ...and it shows...

My diet wasn't bad yesterday...but I did finish off the olive oil/vinegar at the bottom of the bowl. Probably a bad idea. I had a whole raspberry greed (I mean Greek) yogurt, some gummies, and some cough drops and a serving of maple nut cereal. Everything else was fine.

I think maybe you can't always explain away the changes in weight...or maybe you can...but it is just a part of the process. HoHum.

I did 100 push ups (with belly on stability ball). Did some squats/lunges, etc.
I think a couple of days of cardio and I should be back where I was...

I sorted a couple of bags of toiletry items. Decided I need to use up the stuff you pick up from hotels when you are on vacation. I really need to downsize and simplify. I want to sort something every day!

Good Morning 190 yep bounce up but I need solid waste disposal! It has only been one day so not worried.

Yesterday was 1064 calories and 13,322 steps.
Today is planned for right at 1,000 calories and 12,000 steps.

Teri, Flower - I think there is not much rhyme or reason. I am convinced exercise adds more water into the tissues and that adds weight but it is temporary. I do find graphing every day helps me accept those swings

Ciece - I sure remember those shows from my childhood.
