Good morning 190. new low. Down 4.6 for the week but I imagine some will bounce up and hoping the plateau since the end of January has been broken and I can get back to about 2lbs a week.
JOY-the first time in over 35 years I weigh LESS than my husband!
I do know it was, in part because I did not eat so much yesterday and was dog training again all day. WOW If I am on my feet all day and running myself ragged, the weight drops quickly. Working a stationary desk job really takes its toll. I only walked 10,650 steps yesterday and today is yoga, tue is dog training, wed is garden, thu is acupuncture, friday is dog training then some serious dog training again next weekend and visiting with my daughter. I really need to retire so I can stuff done! We also got the new bed and it is very nice but it is better for my husband than me. I will adjust. Not waking up sore but not sleeping quite as well.
The rest of this month will be frantic then I can back off. This annual certification is a big deal; we have to fly in a master trainer from another state and if you goof up and make more than one mistake in 3 days of testing, you and your dog cannot work until you take it and pass again. The pressure is on me because I have the only cadaver dog on the team (the other one died of a disease)
Diana, glad some changes you are making seem to be helping
Teri that headache could be related to the cold?. The one I had had headache for days on end as a symptom. Are you getting enough water? Dehydration is a major cause and when you are sick you tend not to hydrate as well as you should.
Flower - glad I have not discovered popchips - I don't want to know!
Kelijpa - glad you are maintaining.
Nancy - Hope you have a big whoosh soon.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Have a Blessed day!

March 5
1 John 5:14
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.
'God just doesn't want me to lose weight!' said Stephanie. 'Each time I try, I fail. If God really wants me to lose weight, He'd help me.' Many people feel just like Stephanie. They think God isn't helping them because they aren't successful in their diets. The problem is that they want God to take the weight from them. That simply isn't the way God works. Instead, we need to know that He will work through us to make us strong enough to face the challenges and trials that await us. We take heart in knowing that God will not let us down and He will work with us all the way.
Today's thought: God will grant me courage that will not run out!

MARCH 2018 Almost there
Hello,
Thanks for your responses. I still have a little bit of a headache. I think it is related to what I eat. ...and to the bad cold I have. I think I need to eat really healthy. And see if that clears things up.
I just walked 30 minutes yesterday and did some exercises at home.
Not much happening here...but I am getting close to another goal.

Good morning / afternoon to all
WI UP 1.6 167.8 head scratcher for sure....Yes I did eat 4 oreo cookies and had two adult beverages...but not enough to gain that much!
Today and all week are planned meals with calories in the 1100-1300 range so not sure where I need to adjust. Workouts planned too.
Granny congrats on this new low!

Hi Everyone!
I did this workout today and it was really good. I don't like going to the floor because I workout in my office.
