Hi all.
Grannynancy congratulations on the weight loss, plateau broken and weighing less than your husb. Very wise to not try popchips. I used to buy 1 oz bags. I didn’t know they were a gateway size. Now I am into the heavier stuff. 3.5 bag, to be exact, lol.

Diana congrats on the 1 lb loss.

Teri hope your headache continues to dissipate.

Apanda Glad you are back. Good to meet you. I just came back to this thread after a long absence.

Ciecie Impressive, 2 power walks in one day

Nancy I hope yesterday’s gain comes off as quickly as it came on.

Weight down 1.6 today. Partly due to reduced sodium intake
B coffee with cocoa, cashew milk, coconut creamer 200
S Popchips 360
L chicken breast with mustard. Spring mix with cucumber and BHF dressing 240
D Chicken breast w/ 2T carrot puree and powdered bone broth. Cooked green beans, cabbage and celery 250
Total for day: 1050

Hope you all have a good Tuesday

Good Morning. Another new low 189.5. I hope this continues now and I am back on track for losing.

Yesterday I walked 15,461 steps and ate 1190 calories with 29 grams of fiber - also did 1 hour yoga and she pushed us. I am sore all over.

Today is planned for 12,000 steps, 1088 calories and 35 grams of fiber.

Today is dog training after work. Again. Most days are something going on after work so I make a big lunch and split it for lunch and dinner those days and eat dinner right after work before I leave. Looking forward to a break!

Diana, will have to check out that workout.

Apanda - Hi!!!

March 6

2 Thessalonians 3:3
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

All her life she had tried to kid herself and say she didn't really have a weight problem. To admit she was fat would have been to admit that she needed to change her habits. She wasn't ready for that. Then her closest and dearest friend had a heart attack. It really scared her and forced her to look at the truth. She was fat, and nothing could change that fact unless she did something about it. It took a lot of courage to face the truth, but it seemed like a lot less courage than facing a possible heart attack. With God's help, she knew she could face the truth and change for the better.

Today's thought: God makes me fit to fight fat!

Thought I was doing well with my food, but my calories went over!

Really need to remember where my gear fit is, so I can keep track of how many steps I do a day

Smile MARCH 2018 Goal reached!

Hi!

Hope everyone is doing well. Thanks for your responses.

I still have my cold, but no headache as of now. I slept in today...but jumped on the scale as soon as I got up.

225/214.3/210

I set a new goal. I work in 5 pound increments. It is less stress for me to not look to far ahead.

No Y yesterday, but I walked in the neighborhood for 30 minutes and did some exercises at home.

Diet has been good. Fixed a couple of fruit/veggie trays for myself. I am eating very simple. I did have 1 thin mint cookie two days ago and 2 thin mint cookies one day ago. (They were NOT my packs of cookies--AMEN!) Oh, I had some gummy packs (with vitamin c) too. I have to watch that I don't eat too many of those.

My walking speed has increased. When I started in July, I was averaging 2.5mph, today I did a little over a mile at 3.4mph. My goal is to get up to 4.5mph which I think is about as fast as one can walk.

My heart rate stayed below 110 until I got to 15 minutes of my 17.5 minute walk then it started to climb and stabilized around 140. Walking speed was steady. The climb was more a matter of time than terrain as it did not go up on the steep hills and I was just going up a little grade at the end. So I also need to do some long endurance walks as well. Loggers give fascinating info.

Good morning everyone!
WI another gain up to 168.4 this am so I have taken two diuretic and hope this water leaves.

I did however go out last night and met with a long time friend. I did not eat bad but it was not food I prepared. So I am sure I had way more sodium than I should have. Today is all planned and even a workout is in the mix

Will be back with personals later today

Good morning everyone, I completed my workout yesterday so I am going to eat some yogurt and walk on the treadmill. I haven't been getting my steps in this week so I really need to try harder.

Good afternoon everyone!
I must still be losing "water weight". I lost another 1.4 lb.
Expecting a nor'easter snowstorm Wednesday and Thursday. So I may not have access to my daily dose of popchips, lol.

I hope everyone is having an awesome Tuesday!
