Dee I hope your doctor results are good. I finally made the appointment to go back and get my blood checked again. I'm really hoping at some point I can go off the diabetes medicine. I'm glad Lee didn't pout today!

Gwena good job on avoiding the treat. I do like a bit of chocolate myself thats why I love the no pudge cones so much! And they're only 100 calories so it's not that bad! My store was out of them when I shopped this week and I'm really missing my sweet splenda treats!

OMG I have stumbled on the most yummy thing i have eaten in a long time!

I was cooking a porkchop for my dinner.. and was thinking i would love to have some applesauce to go with it... but i only had a few apples..

after i cooked my porkchop i took it out of the pan and added sliced granny smith apples and sliced onions.... and let them saute slowly... when they were transparent I added a tbs of smuckers sugar free orange marmalade........

it was AWESOME!

That does sound good and fancy shmancy too. It sure beats my steamed broccoli and rice a roni.

What a lazy day off lol. It wasn't raining so I didn't lay in bed all morning listening, but I didn't get dressed til 1pm! Went to town for the mail, groceries and gym. I got home, and was checking online for a recipe for guess what????- pork steak! OMG Curly yummmmmmmmmmm!!!!! I had to try it. I tweaked it a lil bit in the cooking, and used sugar free apricot jam but wow woman, it was great!!!

Charlie~ Awesome job GF!!!!! Keep up the good work!

Val~ I'm glad to hear you made that appt. Ya know, with your weight loss, and your commitment to exercise I bet you'll be able to control your sugars without meds soon. GJ!!!

ok, I left my book at work so I'm not able to figure out my points today, but I feel I ate reasonably. Tomorrow is weigh-in so we'll see lol.

late B- 1 egg, 3/4cup brown rice, 1 oz lf cheddar, 1/2oz slice ham
D- 3oz pork steak w/apple-onion-sf jam, 1T olive oil, 1 cup brown rice, 1c butternut squash
S- 1 small choc chip cookie
S- NSA ice cream bar
S- (projected) single serving popcorn bag (94%ff)

hmmmm on review, I may not have eaten enough, but i wasn't hungry and didn't think about it. And definately need more veggies & fruit.. oh and I'm diggin' the brown rice lots! I don't thing I'll be making white rice again- ever. lol

1 hour circuit (upper, lower, abs)
35 min cardio (elliptical)

I'm still alive ladies. Congrats to all the losers. I'm really enjoying those GG bran crispbreads. They are basically free food for me and their isn't much free food. I eat some almost everyday. I'm on my second package already.

Congrats to the losers.

I've gotten a bunch of books on maintenance. Actually there aren't a lot of books on maintenance so it was kind of slim pickins. I will tell you my opinion about exercise is changing where maintenance is concerned. It may not play a major role in the weight loss phase but it appears to be much more important in maintenance which does make sense. So for those of you who are developing good habits now, they will serve you well later.

Have to get ready for work. TTYL

BTW Val, you can get very lean cuts of pork. Almost as good as chicken.
