Anyone have any good sites for stability ball exercises. I've found a few but I think I really want to get into using mine on the nights I don't have time to do both Elliptical and circuit at the gym. I enjoy the elliptical so much and I only have like a hour after work and it's just not enough time
I have to add my doggie door story too!! We were sleeping late one day a few months ago and I woke to my piggy Clyde cat eating like a .....pig. Til I realized he was sound asleep in his spot between Lee and I. I got up and got to the kitchen just in time to see the tail end of a racoon going out the door lol. There were 2 of them, and I assume they had had some sort of run in with a skunk to boot lmao.... I closed the door for a few days, and they have not been back (that I know of)!

Petra~ I sooo want a chocolate lab! Ship that lil doggie up here lol. Actually we've discussed it and when my older kitty is gone we'll get one. And a new kitty too. Gonna name 'em Chloe and Edgar lol
Post daily egg total in forum= 1 egg
water goal eggs= 10 eggs (2 bottles.. 1.25qts each I think)
Each 30 minutes of exercise= 7 eggs (45 min cardio)
meeting carb limit= (gotta figure out what a good limit is for me/ and stay on WW too)
Track calories/ WW points for the day= 10 eggs (27pts)
