Another great day here on the coast! Sunny and warm. The kind of day where you go outside and it's warmer than inside lol. Tomorrow is supposed to be my day off and I planned an earlyish morning getting my gym orientation. I forgot I promised to work for a few hours to cover for our Deli Girl who's on vacation. grrrrrrrrrrrrr..... Hopefully I'll be done by 10 and off to the gym. I'm really excited. I weigh myself about every morning on my not-totally-reliable-home-scale, and altho I don't hold myself accountable to it- I kinda use it as a guideline for myself between official weigh-ins, it's reading some of the lowest numbers I've seen. I'm thinking last week was more water weight than anything else and maybe I'll be rewarded well for my work at staying OP this week.....

. I sure hope your body is feeling much better. Sounds like some nice hot soaks in da tub are in order. Guess the ol' "no pain-no gain" is not a myth lol.
Val~ 1/2 lb isn't a huge deal physically, and maybe even expected eventually. Mentally it's a bi*** tho. You have been doing so freakin' well and you will continue to do well! How's your back feeling these days? Is it any better after a few days of tx?

you too. How's the feet? DId you do another treatment on them lol? I'm wondering about mixing up your calories too..... ANGELEYES???? doesn't Jillian address that in her book- something about "fooling" the body???? I hope I'm not sounding too confused lol. Good Luck Curly!!!!
Zoey~ LOL YOu are going to be as well read on all the diets as Petra & Curly. I don't think I could do without my red meat either. I went vegetarian for about a year sometime back. Quite a feat since I really don't care for veggies lol. Good Readin' to ya!

I found it hard to eat all my points today. They say not to eat under points...... At the same time, My main problem stems from eating when I'm not hungry......
B- coffee/sf creamer (1), small apple (1)
S- 1 oz full fat cheddar cheese (3)
L- 2 oz smoked turkey (2), 1 oz lf string cheese (2)
D- Leftovers! 1 1/2Cup beef&veggie steamed stirfry (7), 1/2cup mashed pots (2), 1cup carrots (1), 1 slice ww bread (2) small amount Earth Balance (1)
Total 22 points. Do I actually eat 6 more points tonight???
