Pizza was one of those things I had memorized from WW because it was a common lunch item. I knew a large plain cheese piece was 9 points.

I ate like a piggy today. I guess it was that body sculpting class. I also have two sparkling clean doggies. I spent a long time brushing them too. Buddy had a ton of extra hair I needed to get off of him. I'm sure he is much more comfortable now. Tommorow it's nails and ears (they hate that). Actually, Kobe is a wierdo and likes to have his nails cut but I have to chase him around the house to clean his ears, lol.

Val-can you get your husband to put the PB up on a high shelf you can't reach? or put it way in the back of a cupboard so you can't see it? Maybe he should just keep it in his car if he insists on having it when it's a problem for you right now. It doesn't need to be refrigerated.

Curly-thanks for the heads up on the books. I won't waste my time on that one. I actually didn't even like the title of Dr. Phil's new book. Even suggesting you can "fix" someone else is a bad idea.

Hi Everyone!

I had a really bad day today. I just seem to be going downhill. First not being able to exercise & then getting so fustrated about overeating. I had a full out cheat day. Gyros and fries *ugh* I'm going to really try and be back on track tomorrow. I know I did terrible today but I'm still going to hold myself accountable and post it.

I didn't exercise at all today. My back is really hurting from the treatments and I thought I'd give myself a rest day. It's so icy outside I couldn't even walk outside.

Default olive oil

Its a good thing I am single... i was looking online last nite for some "home remedies" cuz my hair has been so dry...

and found this article that says to use olive oil in it... (just enuff rubbed on your palms to make them glisten then run thru ur hair)

dry cracked heels? Olive oil..

so off to bed i go .. olive oil brushed thru my hair and braided...

feet covered in olive oil and then saran wrap and socks...(think i better do another treatment on them.. "barefoot queen"

but it works!

Hey maybe that's what chai needs for his dry skin??

hmm its i wonder i wasnt dreaming of cold cut subs with all that olive oil on me..

hehe....okay Curly....here's a story when I was about 13 yo. VO 5 had just come out with their hot oil treatments and I thought...hmmm, my hair is dry and I have oil at home.....I'll just warm some up in the sink and put it on. Turns out I used BABY OIL and just soaked my hair with it.. I couldn't understand why it wasn't like the commercials!!! It took, 4 days to get the @!@#$ oil out of my hair with 10 shampoo's later. ..... the power of advertising!!!! lol

Valerie.....Gyro's are the bomb!!! Make sure you flush yourself out with tonnes of water Val. Chinese food would have had lots of sodium in it and today you need to be good to yourself. No more junky food!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

Yeah, I know. The grocery store here had them on sale for 2 pkg for $5.00. I buy things all the time and don't like them, so I only bought 1 pkg to try. After eating them....I went back and bought more!!! So now they are tried and true!!!!

Val - I love gyros! Thank God the only place with decent gyros is 20 minutes away. Today is a new day and you are in control of it!

Curly - Boca's aren't cheap but they definitely are a nice treat. Olive oil eh? I so need to try that out on my feet.

Angel - I remember when it was mayonnaise that girls would use on their hair. Ewww! I will admit to using avocado and beer though. On my hair that is.

Well I'm off to mentally and physically prepare for another week.

Hi Everyone!

I'm back on plan today I weighed myself this morning and was up 4 pounds from last monday

I thought a lot about whats been working for me and why it's stopped working the last few days. Control is a big issue for me. I need to feel like I'm in control of my eating/calories & exercise. When the doctor told me I couldn't exercise for 1 or 2 weeks I felt like I lost control. The things that were working for me like curves, WATP & Tae bo were off limits. I guess this just led to me feeling like I was going to fail and I gave up in a way. Also not being able to go to curves for a week really took away a lot of my support system.

My official weigh in is monday and hopefully I didnt' gain that much weight.

A lot of it is water Val. Have a good OP day today, drink lots of water and you will be pleasantly surprised tomorrow.

Well I can barely move today from that body sculpting class yesterday. I went to church this morning and I was afraid to kneel at the altar for communion because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get back up, LMAO!! So I just stood. I've been hobbling around all day like an old lady. Hopefully I will be feeling a lot better by tomorrow.

I'd be embarrassed to admit how many carbs I ate today, but then again I'm not restricting carbs. After today maybe I should. Darn angel hair pasta.

Gwena carbs are not necessarily bad! If you're doing a low carb plan yes they are. For me I actually have a lot of carbs but most of them are good (low gyclymic) carbs. Pasta is a no no on my diet but I have been thinking of trying one of those low carb pastas like dreamfield.

I had a boring 3 hour meeting for adopt a pet today and I was so hungry. I was proud of myself for resisting the cookies they were passing around!

Hope everyone had a good day! I'll post my journal later

I've been trying to eat foods that don't aggravate my IBS and pasta is a safe food. Although I did eat way too much pasta today, but I still stayed at a good calorie level overall. Since I've educated myself about my IBS trigger foods I've noticed a nice reduction of "episodes". Thank God!
