I took the dogs on their walks, 1.4 miles total. And then a 4.5 mile bike ride. Nothing spectacular, but I didnt want to do anything at all to begin with I spent the day watching chick flicks
Angie and I did 4 down the beach with the golden spoiled ones. A lot of surfers out there today waiting for those east coast waves! Had a nice breakfast at the beach cafe.

Still chugging here. I took my break on Saturday instead of my usual Sunday. I had several errands to run Saturday and working out despite good intentions did not happen. Although, I did do my ab ripper X that morning, so, all wasn't wasted . Sunday, after almost not wanting to workout I did do my cardio. And I'm glad I did.
Today - Weight training and walk at work (lunch time).
Keep up the good work girls! I know it is very hard to keep at it sometimes and some days exercise is the last thing you want to do. But, it is those times when you don't want to workout but still do it that it counts the most. As despite the struggle, mental or physical, you really pushed yourself to do it!!

awesome! the lion the witch and the wardrobe was my favourite book as a kid! I started listening to the audiobook of prince caspian, want to finish it before i see the film
