    I just finished my last 45 minutes of exercise today, feels so good! I love the exercise high, never thought I would say that!


    We have all done well today!

    Took the dogs for a 1.4 mile walk (1 mile for one, and .4 for the other ) and then ran 4.5 miles alone. I'm sooo freakin slow, but I feel good!

    Though it was strange not going for the almost 2 hours I was up to, but I don't want to eat muscle, so 45 minutes twice or thrice day will have to do.
