Talking Exercise

Hello all,

Gosh everyone (Jen, Pinto, Diva, Echo, Onederchic, Narnia) are doing so well it really kicks my butt into gear, I say to myself if they can do it, so can I too!

I just finished my 3rd 45 minutes session of exercise today! Yippy!

I feel great and now it's time for a cup of tea.

haha. well today. My shins said no to exercise. I could have done my exercise bike. But I figured my body probably needs to rest. I should have done strength training, but I"m too tired. And It's too late. ugh!

but I did work out yesterday. I don't know if I posted.

I did 30 min interval walking. (hills and varying intensity) and then I did some strength moves. tricep dips, modified push ups, plank 20 sec. side plank 10 sec each. leg lifts, hamstring curls, squats, glute lifts.

today I am resting.

Thanks onderchic. I should be in bed! But, I got to force myself--like an overtired kid!

oh yeah the a/c man fixed the problem. My friend is recuperating from his losses, but his house is in decent shape THANKS TO SO. He knew exactly what to do. He actually removed the flaming pot (the pot had potato chips and toilet paper in it--bad combo) from the stove and beat the fire out. My hero! (he's a vol. fire fighter)

good call on resting!!! its important to listen to your body and not make exercise something we dread and painful.

There are couple exercises in the ab ripper that I don't like. 2 days after Day 1 of the ab routines my core and thighs hurt so bad. It hurt to laugh or cough. But seeing your amazing pictures and transformation it gives me hope that my abs will get better and toned like yours some day

Today - Week 2 Day 1 of Ab RipperX and Treadmill

Keep up the good work girls!! Everyone is doing a great job. No pain no gain That's what I keep telling myself.

Does Deep House Cleaning count? I've been at it for an hour 1/2 and I'm no where near done and I am sweating my booty off!
