i am really loving it! its my first week. so i hope i am saying the same next week! but what i love is that every day is DIFFERENT! so you dont get bored. and Tony is totally awesome, i agree he is funny!!
wow you really worked hard!!! 


i've never done yoga before today either. i like how its meant to be good for your body to stretch it out. i still cant touch my toes when i bend over, but slowly i am getting closer! i've been practising stretching that for over a month now.
