I was in self denial, but that photo was the proof I needed, I was FAT! I said to myself never again will I abuse my body and I bought the book "You on a Diet" and I also use to follow Jillian Michaels advice from her radio show, which is off the air now. But my will power came from that horrible photo, and still does. Thanks again for starting this life affirming thread.
I guess there are rewards to losing slowly even though we ALL want it to happen fast! LOL!
