    I see that everyone is getting it done today, great job!

    I just finished my 1st 45 minutes of exercise Yippy!

    I am changing my routine to 3 sessions of 45 minutes of moderate intensity exercise. I need to step up my game to get this weight off of me.

    Today is my official weigh-in day and I am down 2 lbs from last week, so I am very happy

    August 24: 35 mins on my Stairmaster + 10 mins of floorwork.
    I might do a stretch workout tonight if I have the time.

    Today I did 1 hour of X stretch (p90x - day 7).

    DevaDiva you were right, it felt good afterwards!

    I cant wait till the day i can touch my toes!!! i'm not very flexible!
