Today is my official weigh-in day and I am down 2 lbs from last week, so I am very happy
August 24: 35 mins on my Stairmaster + 10 mins of floorwork.
I might do a stretch workout tonight if I have the time.

Devadiva! I am loving the STS program. I am thinking of doing a round of P90X after. Although, I have my eye on the Chalean Extreme workouts. I keep going back and forth on whether to buy them.
