Sorry Michelle, your shin is hurting. I hope it gets better soon. Injuries are the suck. I've dealt with it all this year and it irritates me to no end. Cuz you know you want to workout but you can't. Good thing you're taking a break for few days to heal. I've learned to listen to my body. Much better that way. Wish you a speedy recovery. And remember - ice/rest/advil
