Thanks for prayers and well wishes! I am very excited about it, I couldn't believe so many of the ladies signed up. I am starting out with one day a week and hopefully we can build up to 3 days a week with the ladies. Right now the ladies who have a bed at night, sit in the day room all day long that's where I volunteer with the computers teaching them and overseeing the computers. They are pretty sad and lonely, it breaks my heart to see them sitting like broken down zombies in front of the TV, because they don't want to go outside as skid row is hostile and hard place for women. They have no one, they are all alone. I have big dreams to turn things around for these ladies, I hope I can bring them to fruition. Anyway I thought about how exercise had helped me and I know how good I feel eating right and exercising it's gotta do wonders for them. If anyone lives in Los Angeles and is interested in volunteering please let me know we need more women.
I finished my last 45 minute session of exercise and so now I am going to have a cup of tea and kick back.

My yoga mat just arrived today! i'm so excited to use it the next time i do yoga. Actually I might use it today if I do my Ab ripper X workout. hehe. It's a lovely colour aswell, sunset, red and yellow.
I actually got up early enuff this morning to try and get to the GYM before Mr. I bathe in perfume shows up! hehe This man drives me crazy! I can't breath when he is there and he ALWAYS gets on the machine next to me and then when he's done he stands right in front of the fan! grrrrr Anyway, if I go @9:30 I can beat him!

Igetfit, you Rock girly! I wish I lived there to volunteer and help out! As a former homeless person (yrs ago) I LOVE when peeps truly care and give their time to give those woman (people) a glimmer of hope, because when one is homeless, "hope" is all you have.

I also completed and tracked 1 cardio exercise and 13 strength exercises at SparkPeople.com: 60 minutes Treadmill - 10% incline 20 min/mile. Actually this was a Walk/Jog (HIIT) type thing but they don't have that option to track lol!
