B coffee w/ vanilla drink for cream
IP banana pudding/zucchini muffin

L boneless skinless chicken grilled on george foreman
On bed of romaine w/ 1/2 c raw onion & 1/2 c chopped peppercini
Dressing made from WF chipotle mayo w/ peppercini mixed in. I chopped the chicken & mixed that in the dressing too, more like warm chicken salad

S quest bar after PT

D ground beef & veggies (I started to make amberjules' shepherd's pie and ran out of time. Just ate the meat & veggies. Putting the other 3 servings together for other meals.

S. IP lemon pudding/zucchini muffin

B - Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino - IP recipe

L - Subway Chopped Veggie Salad w/oil & vinegar (spinach, regular lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, dill pickles) almost forgot the RTD Mango drink.

D - Chinese Fried "Rice" (IP recipe) with cubed sauteed chicken. I sauteed the chicken with grapeseed oil, garlic, ginger and a touch of soy sauce before adding it to the Fried Rice recipe.

My snack tonight will be the caramel nut bar.

Just finished dinner and the Chinese Fried "Rice" was so delicious! DH liked it and so did my 20 year old son. He said he thought the cauliflower was a nice replacement and tasted like rice! I enjoyed this dinner so much I felt like I cheated. It's funny how something so simple can make me so happy. lol. I was feeling very hungry today!!!!!

Just be careful using the vinegar at Subway...it's red wine which we're not allowed to have. I find I don't need or miss it because of the juice from the pickles!
