B - Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino - IP recipe
L - Subway Chopped Veggie Salad w/oil & vinegar (spinach, regular lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, dill pickles) almost forgot the RTD Mango drink.
D - Chinese Fried "Rice" (IP recipe) with cubed sauteed chicken. I sauteed the chicken with grapeseed oil, garlic, ginger and a touch of soy sauce before adding it to the Fried Rice recipe.
My snack tonight will be the caramel nut bar.
Just finished dinner and the Chinese Fried "Rice" was so delicious! DH liked it and so did my 20 year old son. He said he thought the cauliflower was a nice replacement and tasted like rice! I enjoyed this dinner so much I felt like I cheated. It's funny how something so simple can make me so happy. lol. I was feeling very hungry today!!!!!
