Today is Day 3 and I'm feeling good. I thought it would be a tough day for hunger and crankiness, but so far so good! Have a gret OP day everyone!

L: had pho since husband was sick. So proud of us no noodles in our soup but she subed in broccoli and bean sprouts which was so good

D - fresh halibut - not sure how I will prepare, maybe grilled if its not raining. Salad with Brianna's French vinaigrette (I think it fit in just fine, will count it toward fat)
S - Okay I'm stuck here. I'm out of salty/crunch stuff and that's what I want!! When I ordered my packets I wasn't in a particularly crunchy mood!!! Maybe I'll try making the potato puree breadsticks.
UPDATE: I remembered I had SW cheese curls stashed in my car. Score!!!!

L: Herb & cheese omelet w/spinach and mushrooms. Had to edit to add that after I sauteed the mushrooms & spinach I added 1/4 cup of salsa verde, mixed the egg powder w/1 oz less water than called for and it was absolutely delish!
D: Steak and roasted cauliflower
S: Dark chocolate pudding shake
