Just be careful using the vinegar at Subway...it's red wine which we're not allowed to have. I find I don't need or miss it because of the juice from the pickles!

L - 4 oz tuna on salad w/1 c veg
Sn - double choc cake
D - 4 oz chkn breast on salad and 2 c roasted cauliflower
Sn - Cappuccino
Breakfast: Protidiet Bar (R)
Coffee with EAS Advantage
Lunch: Protidiet Split pea soup, salad with mushrooms, cucumbers and red peppers. Evoo and water! 1/2 cup
Snack: Lettuce with veggie blend (1/2)
Dinner: Salmon with 2cups veggies, cauliflower with mushrooms and curry spices with evoo and pepper and salt.

B- Proti Diet maple brown sugar oatmeal
VERY LIGHT YOGA/ STRETCHING
L - 4 oz tuna, Walden Farms mayo, 1 boiled egg w/ 2 c celery
Sn - proti diet bbq soy snacks
D - 4 oz deer steak, 2 cups steamed broccoli, soy sauce
Sn - eas advantage shake
P1 Day 23
B- Herb and Cheese omelette with a little green onion and doused in tapatio. I have to chew this and swallow without allowing myself to taste it. Not a fan.
L- 2 cups chopped portobello mushrooms water sauteed with crushed garlic, thyme, black pepper and salt, mixed into chicken ala king. This is my favorite "soup", huge romaine salad with EVOO, lemon juice, salt and oregano.
s- Apple Cinnamon puffs - I like that there are a lot of these in the bag, they remind me of cinnamon toast crunch cereal
D- Filet mignon, asian stir fry (bean sprouts, mushrooms, garlic, green onion, zucchini, light soy sauce), another huge romaine salad like lunch.
I was a vegetarian before starting IP and am enjoying eating meat again surprisingly. My DH can't get used to seeing me saw away at a steak, its so foreign!
B: Vanilla drink with cinnamon (yum)
L: BLT in a bowl with mustard and WF 1000 Island (iceberg, romaine, spinach, onions, little 'mato and pickles/pepperoncini)
D: Sauteed spinach and mushrooms, side of cucumber salad and likely chocolate pudding.
S: Pina colada drink

Both omelette options made me sick, actually sick. I am not having them again
