To the other regular "what I ate today" people: I am trying to transition into My Fitness Pal, but I have loved posting here on this thread on a regular basis to "pre-plan" my food. If any of y'all are also "MFP' people and are recording your food there, please let me know- I would like to have a few "friends" on there who are also IPers. Same name, "dukeofllano". Message or friend me, thanks! =)

I've been eating the herb/cheese omelet for breakfast these past several days. Having real eggs as my protein for supper last night made me not able to face an IP omelet this morning. So I had pudding for breakfast! I feel like a little kid.

Hi everyone -
Just wanted to pop in. I haven't posted the last few days - just finished up wake/funeral and will be heading back home in a couple of days. It has been a difficult situation - had both parents pass away within a few months of each other so looking forward to getting my life back on track. Though my IP eating has been 100%, so I am glad for that. It has been the one thing that I have been able to control at this time.
I will be driving back to the northeast (currently in the 100 degree heat of the southwest!) in the next few days. I will still post until we leave - it will take us about a week to get back because we have to stop along the way for my DH's medical treatments - but we will make it!
Hope everyone is well - I only posted this here because this was really the only place I have been posting regularly.
Have a great weekend.
