P1 IP Week 2 Day 1
B- coffee with 1 Tbsp. skim milk, IP Strawberry wafer (OMG luv)
L- roasted cauliflower with Jamaican curry powder and olive oil followed by IP
Piña Colada drink in a fancy glass with an umbrella on the porch 
D- skinless chicken thigh marinated in Braggs Vinagrette, cooked on grill. More
curried cauliflower
s - raspberry gelly - which is very good if you let it get very cold

Sn - Weight Loss Systems Double Choc Cake (yum!)
D - 4oz hamburger patty w/salad w/2 c veg and 1/2 daily oil
Sn - Frozen Vanilla Peppermints!
(vanilla drink mixed with 2oz water and some peppermint extract -
drop spoonfuls on baking sheet and freeze! (Can use all sorts of
combinations)

L - Big Mac in a Bowl (w/tomatoes)
D - Singapore Noodles - bok choy, bean sprouts, mushrooms with curry powder with Shirataki noodles - the noodles count as 1/2 cup veggie as per my coach
S - SW cheese curls - can't wait to have these Yay!!
