Proti bar Vanilla

Ideal Protein tea
Salad with cucumbers, mushrooms and 2 egg whites
evoo and pepper

snack: not sure today..

Dinner: steak with mushrooms and red pepper and cauliflower stir fry!

water and making sun tea!!!!

B: Pancake with 2 egg whites and apple pie seasoning, WF syrup, coffee with coconut milk creamer
L: Chili with 1 cup roasted cauliflower, cucumber and tomato salad
S: EAS Vanilla shake with Chai tea
D: Asian Tofu stir fry
S: Hazelnut shake with coconut extract (YUMM!!)

I add an additional snack most days, I ride horses and noticed my scale moved more when I added a snack

Hi everyone - hope you have a great weekend. I am traveling tomorrow (death in the family) so I weighed in a day early...still amazed at the results of this program.

Yikes - me again...guess it gets quiet on the weekend? Anyway, I am out of town this weekend/upcoming week for wake/funeral and then next week instead of flying back, we will be driving - pretty much coast to coast - so will be interesting We actually planned on doing something like this anyway, for a different reason, so trying to combine everything.

B - orange drink
L - cheesecake pudding, salad w/2 c veg
D - 8oz shrimp w/2 c veg
Sn - hot chocolate
