L - Blueberry cran-granata drink, lettuce with homemade vinaigrette, 2 cups cucumbers
D - Steak...on the barbecue if it warms up and doesn't rain.... with sauteed mushrooms, peppers, and a lettuce salad
Snack... probably dill pickle zippers

Good afternoon! I, too, am going to try to get into a routine.

P1, Day 13
B - Pina Colada drink!
L - 6oz ground beef taco salad. Iceberg and romaine, diced 'maters, green onions and salsa.
Sn - Vanilla pudding with cinnamon and all spice
D - Cottage IP and some veggies, not sure which yet.

I use the sea salt at each meal. I'm having a cup of green tea now. About to have 8 oz grilled fish and roasted cauliflower and salad for dinner. Hope tomorrow is easier. I am so happy with the weight loss. Just not sure how long I can feel so bad.
Try eating half your protein 4 oz at lunh. It helps sooooo much

Looks like you're having more than 4 cups of veggies today. Remember, spinach is a 'select' veggie.
