IP P1

B - RTD chocolate drink
L - 3 oz tuna with capers, ACV and olive oil over spinach
S - cream of mushroom soup with added mushrooms and sesame oil
D - 5 oz wild salmon baked over spinach shirataki noodles with lemon and basil
in parchment. This came out amazing!
S - I'll have a third unrestricted since copper river salmon is so rich.
Maybe raspberry gelly

I have to share this - it was so good! I brewed a cup of decaf raspberry tea fairly strong and let it cool and used it instead of water when making my dark chocolate pudding shake. It tastes amazing!

IP day 2 (restart)
B: Crispy Cereal pancakes (yum, I missed those)
L: IP TB rotini with wilted spinach & a touch of olive oil and Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning (yum again! Beats junk food any day!)
D: pork tenderloin with WF BBQ sauce on fresh spinach with WF dressing mixed with 1tsp olive oil
S: IP strawberry wafers

Loved the rotini!!! I was expecting them to be pretty bad for some reason, but their consistency is pretty much like whole grain pasta. Not bad at all!!

L: Chicken soup flat bread (I have not liked any of the soups so far... I am hoping the flat bread will be better), homemade mushroom soup, salad

currently on phase 1 (today marks my 3 weeks on the program) weigh in tomorrow at work. As of Friday I have lost 13.4 lbs!
B-IP 1/2 packet of choc drink mix & 1/2 fine herb and cheese IP omlet
Snack-IP vanilla peanut bar
Lunch-IP peach mango drink with broccoli
Dinner-Chicken breast and cabbage

hey guys im new here and started IP 2 weeks ago. im only seventeen and im doing this with my mom but so far its going really well! still get cravings sometimes though...
anyway!

B: chocolate shake
coffee with splenda

Snack: celery sticks with WF honey dijon sauce (needs alot of doctoring...yuck!)

Lunch: BIG salad with a little chicken and WF dressing

Dinner: roast beef and veggies!

I still need one more protein packet...probably a drink again!

P.S. Does anyone have any recipes using the peach mango drink? its been sitting in my fridge for a while and i have a terrible feeling i wont be able to choke it down alone!

You guys are awesome on here! everyone is so helpful and motivating!!! thank you!!

IP Day 3 - Updated...

So, today did not turn out anything like I thought it would!

D: Nandos grilled chicken and side salad
S: Some unidentified IP bar... the name of it wore off. No clue, lol!

I felt very weak and tired today and was off on all my eating, so I may have another packet before bed. I have to go back to work and I would hate to be this wore out while trying to work all day!

L: zucchini and mushrooms sautéed in a bit of olive oil with lettuce and WF balsamic, choc shake with coffee in blender with ice
D: boneless skinless chicken thighs, steamed broccoli with fake butter spray, lettuce with homemade olive oil vinaigrette
S: some pickles (to make up for the broccoli my 3 year old stole off my plate) and choc chip cookie.

Funny how my little vegetable boycotting daughter loves broccoli when she sneaks it off my plate... Heaven forbid she'd eat it when I put some on hers.
