Breakfast: Phase 1
Proti Chocolate wafer
coffee! 2 cups... needed badly w/EAS Advantage
water water water!
Lunch: Proti Split pea soup 2 egg whites, lettuce, cukes, mushrooms, evoo , salt and pepper
water , water , water and some ice tea!

Dinner: Salmon, lettuce, red pepper, cauliflower rice, cummin and salt and pepper.

Snack??? not sure

1/2 c blueberries
muffin made with an egg, coconut flour and flax seed
1/2 T peanut butter
1 egg
(Still working up to "full" carb level for P3 breakfast. When I tried it the first day it put me to sleep. Need to work up to it)

L Cauilrice & mexican chicken

D spinach stuffed pork chops (boneless pork tenderloin cut into chops)
salad
asparagus

S IP milk chocolate/decaf/spinach smoothie

Lunch: IP Ice tea Drink salad with cukes and mush and red pepper. Evoo, salt and pepper. Water!!

Dinner: Hambergur , pickle, saute cauliflower and red pepper, curry seasoning salt pepper, evoo for dressing. water!!

B:egg beaters scrambled eggs, 1 oz skim milk, bacon bits
S: 2cups steamed broccoli
L: big mac bowl with 4oz deer hamburger meat
S: proti diet pancake, Walden farms syrupS: 2 cups cabbage, 4oz deer meat
S: EAS advantedge shake with 1 cup coffee
S: powerade zero homemade jello (0/0/0)
S: proti diet bbq soy snacks

it seems like alot of food but it's technically only one extra packet. I'm working a 16 hour shift tonight so my day is quite a bit longer than normal

You might want to check and see if the pancake and the soy snacks are both restricted.

Yummy Ready to eat Chocolate pudding!

Phase one
orange mango drink
salt n vinegar chips
salad with 2 c veggies
burger wrapped in lettuce with tomato and onion
Pudding heaven (new this week!)
more veggies and salad later

D: Hamburger patty with 2 cups cauliflower & brocolli
S: Raspberry jelly with rhubarb

Got the RTE chocolate pudding but haven't tried it yet. Going to be traveling later this month and I thought they would be handy to take with me.
