We are very limited on wf's products where i live. Albertsons has a few, but im wondering if they are phasing them out since they were under four dollars. Econo mart has a few too. Of course 2 1/2 hours a way where i go for my ip coach, their office has alot to choose from but he charges 7 dollars a piece. I love the honey bbq sauce, heck i put it on my veggies and my husband just rolls his eyes. The honey Dijon is ok, and the tomatoe one is ok too. I got some thousand island and sweet onion but havent opened them up. The cocktail sauce isnt that bad, and i put choc sauce in my coffee for a mock mocha. As for ip im sticking to all shakes for as long as i can. I cant stand the peach mango and the blue berry cran granita. But the others i have tried i really do like.

You can also make shakes from the puddings just had more water....10-12 oz and they taste great. I do the strawberry and add some WF strawberry syrup and sometimes add some chocolate with it and it taste like chocolate covered strawberries
Just wanted to say hi and hope everyone is having a great week!!! Today I tried to change up my vanilla pudding, so I added some cinnamon and a dash of rum and almond extract. Then I put it in the freezer for a bit. It sure did taste yummy!!!
Good morning newbies!! Happy friday!!! I have had a busy but successful week! I've only had one restricted product which was last night because I just needed a little something extra! I have my third weigh in on Sunday so we'll see how I do this week! Have an AMAZING weekend and just remember that you can do it!
Hola Newbies! I just tried the crispy cereal for breakfast, it tastes like rice krispies, yum! I had my second weigh in this week and lost 4 lb and 2 inches from my waist I am so happy Last night I had the last game of the season with my volleyball team and we went out after and I did go off plan and have a couple of rum and diet cokes. I know I may pay for it by not losing at next weigh in but I feel so great to have lost 12 lb in two weeks, and encouraged to keep this up long term.
Have a great weekend guys...

great job!!!!
I weighed myself this morning (official 2nd week weigh is not until next Monday) and I was only down .5 lb so I am a little disappointed.
Hi Everyone I started this journey of weight loss gone forever on Tuesday so today is day four for me. I have to say the first two days were the hardest for me I was headachy and foggy brain and fatigued but this morning I am feeling far better than the last three days. I sure hope this goes away tomorrow and wake up and say yipee.
I really appreciate the comments and thoughts and support that this site and all of your members bring. Thank you so much.
I started at 165 and I am 5'3 so they never told me my goal weight but reading other peoples posts I am thinking i need to go til I am 120???
Anyways just wanted to say hello and thank you for the support.

Day two and I already slipped up with out a thought. Out of habit, I popped a cough drop in my mouth and didn't realize it until it was almost melted. <sigh> I'll survive and will eventually get in the groove, but darn it! Mindset, eh?
Mom3LoveBugs,
I know how you feel - don't let the disappointment affect you. My weight has fluctuated as much as 3 lbs on different days. Keep with it and you are going to lose big!

thank you for that.... I am trying to be positive and not worry to much about it. I am the smallest weight I have been as an adult so I am on the right track!
I'm starting IP today...consult at 4:00! I'm excited and nervous since I don't have any support system in place. I work in a high school where food seems like a social requirement and work part-time at a dinner theater!
I've put on 25 in the last 3 years (perimenapausal?) and was always had about an extra 25 lbs... so, my goal is 50 lbs.
Here I go...I'm sure I'll be back to ask many questions
I also just to started IP - I am just starting my 2nd week on it - first week I lost 8.4lbs so I guess this diet works -- struggling with the IP foods and finding new ways to cookie the veggies but working on it.
