My day 4 went splendidly! I'm feeling heaps better than day 2 and I got to have the RTD Vanilla today....yummy. I think next time I might try one w/a Starbucks VIA and make an iced coffee.

Okay, day 5 here I come....

good morning everyone!

today is the start of my 3rd week and was also my 2nd weigh in.... I am down 3 more pounds so I will take it!

I have an official WI every two weeks because I am away for work, but I hope to find a scale around here just to see how things are going.

thank you both!! I feel really good! I am down 39 lbs since I decided to do something about it last winter but 62 lbs total since my highest weight (while not preggo) of 235 lbs

I can't wait to get into the 160's... I have NEVER been in the 160's as an adult!

2Poles1Girl - 2 weeks is a long time... I would try to find a scale too!

Day 6 and I'm feeling good. As I'd mentioned, I work away from home for two weeks of the month and its a dorm/buffet line like atmosphere. I've decided that keeping to the simple to fix products (drinks, bars, cereal) is the best way to go. Their salad bar has a few of the legal options which is good, but I struggle a bit with finding clean proteins. They always have hard boiled eggs. It's working okay for now, but I'm going to have to get creative cuz celery, broccoli and eggs will quickly get old.

Anyway, I'm feeling so much better than I normally did at this point so things are looking up. Nice!

is there any way you could ask to have your protein plain without sauce? they may be accommodating!

Hello Newbies, I haven't been on for a few days and I am glad to see all the new people. Awesome.
I had my second WI Friday and i am down 6 lbs. yeah. My clothes are starting to feel a little loose. Great feeling.
I struggled last night with the Halloween candy but i still have not had any.

I hear ya on the Halloween candy.... I would give my left foot for a Reese's pieces right about now!

Hello everyone, well last night was tough seeing all the halloween candy and I just wanted to taste just one, but I just couldn't, Ya Me!! Today was my 3WI and I was down 4.5 pounds a total of 17 pounds now. Week 4 here I come, going to try some new recipes this week in the new cookbook I bought yesterdday. Have a great week everyone!!!

Good for You!! I have a harder time with the chips then the chocolate. 17lbs, that is awesome!! have a great 4th week.
