I'm not quite sure.... maybe you should ask in the daily chat thread or Wayward's group of helpful supporters.... there are a lot of experienced people who could probably help!

Good afternoon newbies!!! Super excited for my 3rd weigh in coming up on Friday! My dad hasn't seen me in almost a week and he couldn't believe the difference so I'm excited to see where I am! I've been going through magazines looking at wedding dresses and I'm starting to pull out dresses that I never thought I would be able to wear!!! Can't wait to start trying them on next year!!!

thank you, sincerely!

after having 3 kids in 4.5 years, I was 235 lbs (or more) and I lost 50 lbs through diet and exercise but then plateaued... this plan came along at the perfect time and I couldn't be more thankful!

For those of you who have not yet tried the BBQ Soy nuts all I can say is I realize everyone's taste is different but IMO these are awful awful awful. Did I say awful?????? I am so glad I buy more than 3 boxes a week so that I have variety and won't be stuck eating something I really don't like. I tried to choke them all down but ended up throwing away about 1/3 of the packet. Ick

I just cheated I am feeling really guilty and a little sick to my stomach, tonight is my first weigh in and I was good all week up until now and our office had a huge business lunch, I went and bought a salad with chicken on it then I had my chocolate IP pudding and I was feeling great until I smelt that bbq chicken in the kitchen, I went to go clean my shaker out and I couldnt resist having a piece of chicken, now I feel like I overate and gross. I am hoping to counteract it by only having a IP packet tonight instead of more meat protein.
