Hello all!! I will be starting the program next week. U all have inspired me to take the step towards a healthier life However, I wanted to know what everyone suggestion was as far as the vitamins suppliments. Should I buy their vitamins or buy some over the counter? And if I do buy over the counter, which ones would you suggest....Keep up the great work everyone!!!

BUY THE SUPPLEMENTS. To my way of thinking, they are probably the most sound aspect of the program, and that's saying a lot.
Hi Everyone, I'm just finishing up my second week of IP. I go for my second weigh in tomorrow, i'm so excited!!! I lost 8 pounds the first week. If anyone as any great recipes to share that would be awesome. Can't wait to chat about our journey together on IP.....

I lost 22 pounds this past summer and have been stalled since school started. I find the combination of stress, lack of sleep and energy so hard! I need to loose 80 more pounds and am trying to get back on track. I am very interested in hearing about alternative products that people are using. good luck everyone
Day 5 on program and things are going great except my breakfast. I'd love to hear about some of your favorites. I'm trying to get down the pineapple/banna drink right now - I put it in the blender with some ice but now there is SO much to drink and it's TOO frothy. I've made the fine herb & cheese omelet with some egg white and hot sauce to see if I could change it up a bit, but I still do not have an aquired taste for this one. I'm reading this back to myself and I'm starting to think dh is right, I'm just too picky!

there are a lot of people (myself included) who use alternative products and so well with them.... today is only day 8 for me so I don't have much experience but I am using ProtiDiet products.
