Well here I am with my first Monday morning weigh-in and I am down 2 pounds Yahhhh for me!!

Bridget, congrats on people noticing your shrinking self that is very exciting and I am sure that must give you some extra motivation.

Thanks for the warm welcome Sno and Lekhika, looking forward to getting to know you better.

Jenny, nice to have someone else new starting with me, good luck to both of us

Also my first Monday weigh in and I am also down 2lbs! I feel like it might only be water weight as I have been hitting the H2O hard - but I will take it anyway I can get it

Thanks to all who have welcomed Monica and I. I really feel like this group is going to keep me in check - Heck I have particpated in my first weekly weigh in and no complaining

Good luck this week keeping up with your goals - one day at a time is my motto! We will all be looking fab come Labor Day weekend! (I've been scoping out a few dresses for my anniversary trip we are taking that weekend- it will be so great to look slim and trim in it.

Default Monday 11 weeks to go!

Hi all: Well we have 11 weeks to go and there is a lot we can accomplish in that time for sure. I am happy to report I am down three lbs this week--to make up for my stall last week! And am 17/17.


Great job Jenny and Monica--way to start the challenge! 2 lbs a week is a great pace to lose weight! Keep it up.

Bridget: finally people are starting to notice! Good job with the tacos too. You have really done well with fitday.

Hi Ladies

How did you all do this weekend ? I did not do as well as i wanted , however i . Not going to get my self down i will just keep on trying,only gained 1 pound not bad considering how much i drank and eat.

Hope you all did better than me.I am gong to be 145 by the end of the month even it kills me.

good for now keep on track.

I am very happy to say that I got the tacos put away succesfully So I am 15/17! (and I am loving the June mini challenge, Sno! I've been putting stars on my calendar for the days I'm on plan, and it's getting soooo pretty! )

Well, I lost another 2 pounds! (up a bit from my peek on Friday, but that's alright, cause I know I can get down there!) That's a total of 4 for me this challenge! And I am NOT going to beat myself up over how much more it should have been, I'm just going to keep going!

Monica & Jenny: CONGRATS!!!! and I'm so glad you have joined us here

Sno- WTG!!! You are doing awesome! keep up the good work

Well I joined into the Labor Day challange late but here I am for my first check in...I am down to 198! Fit day has been great and I actually used it all week. Even though I had a kinda rough weekend things went well with the scale and I still managed to record everything I ate. If things keep going well maybe I can make my dreamy goal for Labor Day. I have got to say though a Monday check in keeps me thinking of my weight all weekend long! Downward and onward! lol

hi and welcome to all the newbies and i must say u all have done such a great job specially u snow WTG!!!! u lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks that means u have already reached ur goal of 8 pounds for june wow really wonderful
as for me i was so bad all week and i didnt lose i think ill start this june challenge again from tomorrow HEY LADIES I NEED UR HARDEST OF KICKS ON MY BUTT otherwise i may blow everything away
just yesterday i baked a cake topped it with cream and pineapples an dthen a rich chicken cheese pizza for my hubby coz it was his first fathers day n guess what he didnt eat much n i gobbled half of both i really wanted to poke afterwards (sorry but i have to tell) but instead i drank prune juice as a laxative no no no eating disorder i was already constipated
oh well i just couldnt cook 2 meals my hubby loves carbs potatos and rice and bread n these things are hard to resist i told him NO RICE coz i hate potatos n can resisit bread n he agreed but on sunday he wants rice tell me what to do
one undietly thing more my cleaning lady quit her job coz she got a better deal n now its me n the mop n vaccum n broom n the baby food n diapers its been ten days since i went out of the house tell me how u ladies managed everything but remember my baby cant tolerate a baby sitter so thats a no no

Hey everyone.

I was right. I'm still at 166. And today I have been eating so poorly it is borderline binging. But tonight I'll go for a run and eat a healthy dinner and hopefully it will balance itself out.

Check in - I gained another pound this past week. :0( So overall loss is 2 pounds. I am extremely motivated I went out today and got lots of veggies, fish and some fruit so you all should see my numbers dropping. If there are 11 weeks left I now need to start losing 3 pounds a week to reach my goal! I know I can do this!!!

Got over the +2 from last week and lost 1 more, so down 3 for the week!

Total loss for the challenge 9 lbs. 23 to go!!!

Hello everyone.. I'm new on here.. well, not really, It's just been a while... I just got married, just graduated college, starting a new job.. Basically all of my life changing events are happening now. So, I've decided to add another one to the pile.. Lose weight!! I lose weight easily however I always gain it right back. I don't maintain.. I am determined this time.. It is a fresh start for me. I'm going to count calories.. which has helped in the past and exercise 3-4 x a week.. or so my plan is. I can use all the help and support I can get. .. Thanks for listening! =)
