Ok gonna be gone for a week but count me in for the next challenge! I want to be 165 by christmas/birthday 12/26 /newyear. Whatever the goal date is.....I made my labor day goal so I am happy!!!

We are going to disneyland for the week see you all next week.

I'm back up 1 pound from cheating this weekend, weighing back in at 135. Which means i'm still at my goal, but nothing more nothing less. I'm actually off to go grocery shopping to pick up some vegetables for the week. Tomorrow I start the c25K. Everyone did such a tremendous job this challenge, and now onto the next one!

Happy Labor Day!!!

Hey there I hope everyone is having a fantastic Labor Day! Mine is not going so well, I have been sick since yesterday so I have been lazy and stayed in bed and done nothing. But oh well, I weighed in this morning I am exactly 150!! So I am excited about that, almost in the 140's!!! I can't wait to see 149, how am I going to celebrate? So my overall weight loss is: 22.8 pounds!!! I hope everyone has a fantastic weigh in and I can't wait to start the next challenge.

Default Final weigh in--its not over tho!
Hi all!


I am so jazzed for us to have made it this far with some significant progress!

Okay so my goal was 217, and today I am 211! So I overshot my goal of 34 lbs by 6lbs. Yipee! :cheer1: So that brings my total weight loss for the challenge to 40lbs total! Pretty happy!

Please check in with your final totals so I can prepare a success chart for us all.

I hope you have been thinking about your New Years '08 goal--cause here it the address to the new thread! Lets do it again!

Hi Snow, I'll be there for the New Year's challenge. My weight was up somewhat today, probably because I ate some salty food at a picnic yesterday and had some ibuprophen in the evening (makes me gain water weight), but I'm going to consider that a temporary fluctuation and not fuss about it. Overall, I've lost 6 pounds and I'm sticking with my story. Congrats to all you who lost weight, and keep it up! And if you didn't make your goal, don't get discouraged - just stay with us!
